We do provide warm and waterproof overalls for our passengers.
Complimentary sea sickness pills are available in our office or on the boat.
If you don’t see a whale, you have the option to take the tour again for free.
If you don’t see northern lights, you have the option to take the tour again for free.

Whale Watching
Due to very rough conditions on the ocean, we are forced to cancel our Whale Watching tour.
Our passengers are more than welcome to reschedule their reservation to another day.
If rescheduling your reservation is not an option and you have not joined a tour with us before, please contact agent/us for refund.

Northern Lights
Due to very rough ocean conditions we are not able to sail for the Northern Lights tour tonight, but since aurora forecast is good for tonight we will be operating this tour by bus.
All passengers are more than welcome to join Northern Lights tour by bus and also have a chance to join the boat tour on the next available day as well (no matter if we will see lights or not). The price of the tour is the same.
Passengers can choose to reschedule reservation for another evening or cancel if do not wish to go by bus.
If passenger join tonight tour by bus but we do not see lights there is no refund but will be welcome to join another tour again by boat at any time in the future, refund does not apply once go on a bus.
